STRENGTH TRAINING
Strength Training is the foundation of the TFW system. The purpose of our Strength Days is to increase your RMR (metabolism), bone density, strength, weight loss, mobility & flexibility, & lean body mass. With the assistance of Warrior Tracker and our Warrior Challenges, you’ll be able to track your progress and work towards your individual goals at every practice!
SPEED STRENGTH
Speed Strength Days focus on strength and endurance. This total-body, high rep class helps increase strength of the muscular and cardiovascular system all at once; which is extremely efficient & effective.
HURRICANE / METABOLIC TRAINING
Our Metabolic (or Cardio) training is our FAT BURNING class. Our Metabolic Days will consist of complexes, traditional TFW Hurricanes, timed events, tabatas, & more. The purpose of metabolic days is to increase heart strength, stamina, weight loss, lung capacity, & your RMR (metabolism).
THE HURRICANE
The Hurricane is TFW’s popular/signature workout. The purpose of the Hurricane is to create a disturbance within the metabolic system. You will improve endurance, increase lean muscle tissue, and decrease body fat!
CHARITY WORKOUTS
We’re not a gym. We are a community, a family and giving back is a fundamental aspect of what TFW does. We hold charity workouts to support causes or people that are important to our members and extended community. 100% of the proceeds & donations raised at the Charity Event are given to the selected cause/charity. Please contact us with a charity that’s important to you!
PERSONAL TRAINING
Personalized 1-on-1 personal training is offered for individuals looking for a customized training. We fit the program to you rather than fitting you to the program. We personalize your training, so it is the right fit for you no matter where you are in your health and fitness journey. we understand our client’s needs and work with them to achieve their goals.
